MENAGHOST — Classified Dossier
VERSION 1.1BASE MAINNETSTATUS: ACTIVE
Mission Dossier Contents
SECTION 01
Executive Mission File
MENAGHOST is a Base-native company building real utility with the $MENA token.
Our first complete product is ARELIS.
ARELIS combines three mechanics into one coherent system:
• Portable on-chain reputation based on real Base activity
• A token-curated discovery feed with skin-in-the-game
• Micro-commitments that create real accountability
Everything runs on Base for low fees and seamless Coinbase Wallet onboarding.
$MENA is the single utility and skin-in-the-game asset across all three pillars.
We build in public, keep contracts minimal and auditable, and ship only what works.
SECTION 02
The Problem on Base
Base has fast growth and low fees, but still suffers from:
• Reputation that is not portable or verifiable
• Discovery that is dominated by noise and paid promotion
• Weak accountability for builders and users
ARELIS is designed to fix these three gaps with economic skin-in-the-game.
SECTION 03
ARELIS — The Live Product
Pillar 1: Proof-of-Use Reputation
Users earn a portable reputation score from verifiable Base activity. Scores and badges can be viewed, shared, and used by other projects for allowlists or roles.
Pillar 2: Token-Curated Discovery Feed
Submitting, promoting, or upvoting Base projects and tools requires staking or spending $MENA. Poor recommendations can be challenged (tokens at risk). Accurate curators earn from the pool.
Pillar 3: Micro-Commitments
Users lock $MENA against personal or public goals. Success returns the stake plus a share of the reward pool. Failure redistributes it. Public commitments carry extra reputation weight.
The reinforcing loop:
Better reputation → more trusted curation → higher-quality discovery → stronger commitments → more on-chain activity → better reputation.
SECTION 04
$MENA Token Utility
$MENA is the single utility token of the MENAGHOST ecosystem.
Current live uses inside ARELIS:
• Staking for discovery submissions, promotion, and challenges
• Locking for micro-commitments
• Skin-in-the-game signal for reputation
• Fee and reward distribution
No other token is required.

SECTION 06
On-Chain Architecture (Phase 1)
Phase 1 is live with two minimal, auditable contracts:
DiscoveryStaking
0xD86A069d0223B28C900bf18f5145C4acb020a897
Handles staking, promotion, and challenges for the discovery feed.
CommitmentLocker
0xcB3b8Db519FbA50FF32fd208E44a162aE054a3Cf
Handles locking $MENA against goals and resolution of outcomes.
Design principles:
• OpenZeppelin where possible
• Low gas on Base
• Minimal surface area for later audit
• No complex oracles in Phase 1
• Reputation calculation remains mostly off-chain + event-driven
SECTION 07
Reputation Signals (Phase 1)
Four locked signals:
• Base Activity Score — 30%
Distinct transactions on Base (with caps / diminishing returns)
• Consistency — 25%
Distinct active weeks in the last 90 days
• Protocol Breadth — 25%
Unique interactions with a defined list of notable Base contracts
• MENA Skin-in-the-Game — 20%
$MENA staked, locked, or spent inside ARELIS contracts (or meaningful balance)
No fifth signal in Phase 1.
SECTION 08
Security & Risk
• Contracts use OpenZeppelin standards
• Ownership transferable to the Treasury Safe
• Emergency return functions included for migration safety where needed
• No upgradeability in Phase 1 (keeps surface small)
• Users should always verify contract addresses on Basescan / Sourcify
Risks remain: smart contract risk, economic design risk, and the normal risks of early-stage on-chain products. We ship minimal first and expand carefully.
SECTION 09
Roadmap & Building Philosophy
Current status: Phase 1 foundation is live.
DiscoveryStaking and CommitmentLocker are deployed and verified.
Initial liquidity is active.
We continue weekly liquidity work and frontend integration.
Philosophy:
• Solo builder, transparent process
• Ship what is real
• Keep contracts small and auditable
• Prefer free or low-cost tooling
• Everything stays on Base
Future products will be announced only when they are ready to ship. We do not promise timelines we cannot control.
SECTION 10
Closing Transmission
MENAGHOST exists to build useful systems on Base with real skin-in-the-game.
ARELIS is the first complete product.
$MENA is the fuel.
The rest will be earned through use.
